Central City Concern, Henry Building


Currently in progress, this project is a historic preservation with significant seismic upgrades. The 1909 building is more than 66,000 sq. ft. Funding spans Portland Housing Bureau TIF funds, US Bank’s Investor Equity in Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Historic Tax Credits, grants from Oregon Housing and Community Services and Portland General Electric, as well as incentives from the Energy Trust of Oregon. Klosh is providing construction and project management services. The Henry Building provides affordable housing for 173 tenants, as well as three ground floor commercial spaces.
